500 Bedded General Hospital under PPP Mode

Introduction

Punjab Health Initiatives Management Company (PHIMC) plans to establish a new ‘General Hospital’ on PPP basis that will comprise of a 500 beds to meet the minimum requirement of training facilities for undergraduate and paramedical staff on a Government  owned piece of land reserved for the purpose. This facility will serve mainly as primary and secondary care facility providing comprehensive medical care and as teaching facility for graduate, post graduate and nursing school. This technical specification concept provides the space program for the envisaged facilities at the proposed site to invite prospective investors to assist in building of the facility in the best interest of ailing humanity.
