Introduction
The Model Town Housing Scheme – Sargodha, spreading over an area of 410 acres, was initiated by Sargodha Improvement Trust (SIT) in 1991. SIT intends to revive/reinitiate the non-functional/dormant Residential Housing Scheme through its rehabilitation, completion of remaining development works, handing over of already allocated plots to owners and sale of leftover plots through balloting through PPP mode.
